There are a few options for parsing HTML in rust. I started looking at soup which takes its inspiration from BeautifulSoup but it’s quite an immature library and doesn’t have write/insert capability for changing the dom.
I also looked at dom_query which seems to be a slightly more complete library with examples for querying and manipulating documents.
